Are You Really an Impostor? Building Confidence from the Inside Out
This three-part series is designed to equip workshop participants with the skills, knowledge, and guts to build true confidence and take on leadership roles. We will define confidence as trusting one’s own feelings: recognizing our own physical and emotional data as legitimate, and taking action based on that data. In other words, confidence is an inside job. We’ll explore the latest research on mindset, investigate impostor syndrome, and learn a few key tools that are foundational to developing true confidence. Participants will be encouraged to voice their ideas, actively reflect, and evaluate all of the information based on their own experience.
